1. What is your return policy?
    Lily Dog offers a money back guarantee.  We will issue a full refund by check not including 
    the shipping cost
if there is a return.

2. What fabrics do you use?
   
Lily Dog uses 100% Cotton, Fleece, Burba, and Velvet.  The fabric options are 
    selected when ordering.  Lily Dog also has a Couture Line that incorporates fabrics such as
    silk, satin, nylon, net, pearls, beads, and sequins.  These require a special order.  (See #5 below.)

3. How do I care for my Lily Dog clothing?
    Cotton
items are hand or machine washable in cold water and should be line dried.
   
Fleece, Burba items are machine washable and should be line dried.
   
Couture, Velvet should be professionally dry cleaned only.

4. What shipping methods do you use?
    Lily Dog uses Priority Mail with a domestic arrival guarantee within 2-3 days.  The flat rate 
    starts at $3.85.  Heavier orders require an additional cost.  This cost is reflected when ordering.  
    The maximum shipping charge is $30.  Please allow 10-14 days to process orders. 

5. Can I request a special order?
    
Yes.  Lily Dog can create custom designed outfits for special occasions not shown in the
     'Products' section.  These products, Couture Line items, and
dogs of disproportionate size 
     require a special order

6. How do I order products?
   
You can order products online under the 'Products' link or use our printable form to fill out and mail
    or fax your order to Lily Dog.

7. What payments do you accept?
    Lily Dog accepts Mastercard, Visa, Check, or Money Orders.  You can order online with credit card,
    you can order online and send check or money order by mail, or you can mail printable order form
    along with check, money order, or credit card information.

8. How long will my order take?
   
Your order will be ready to ship within 10-14 days.  Special Orders may take longer.
